Once a 650-car asphalt parking lot for a 1954 Sears store, the 9.5-acre infill site has been transformed into a vibrant urban block. Serving as the primary gateway and link between the Cherry Creek North shopping district and the mall, Clayton Lane is a pedestrian-oriented street with high quality urban design features and details that form a distinct streetscape for this truly unique center.
